Our Chef's Mix 32 consists of 7 types of assorted maki's:

Served with soy sauce dip, ginger and wasabi. As well as a Teriyaki dip for the Wagyu Rolls.

Unagi Nigiri

Fresh water eel nigiri served on top of sushi rice.

California Maki

Maki with mango, crabsticks, wasabi, kewpie mayo rolled in sushi rice and nori sheets topped with orange tobiko roe.

Inari

Sushi rice balls mixed with vegetables wrapped in 'Aburaage deep' fried tofu pouches.

Crunchy Salmon

Maki with cucumber, breadcrumbs, chili mayo and sesame topped with a slice of torched salmon served with our homemade spicy mayo.
